Mālama Kauaʻi Community eCookbook!

Aloha existing and potential Green Business members, Kaua‘i Farmers and Community Gardeners! The Malama Kaua‘i cookbook will be launched this Spring and we’re looking for your support.

In order to make an impact on the community we need to model what it is we’re doing in a lasting, effective way. The cookbook will be an online resource full of local creativity and will be available for everyone’s use. Let’s keep people hungry and inspired to cook with the food that actually grows here! You may also find a fun way to use an ingredient you never thought of before.
